# GEMMA DAO

The problem with existing DAO is giving greater voting power to holders who hold a numerous number of tokens. This circumstance leads to the oligopoly of big holders.&#x20;

GEMMA DAO is the first DAO for developers and the ecosystem. GEMMA DAO is developed to give the main groups of the ecosystem an equally respective authority; it was influenced by the tripartite separation structure. GEMMA DAO has a group agreement system rather than a majority token holders confirmation system. In GEMMA DAO, there are three groups in the ecosystem "developers, users, and institutions". Each group votes internally and draws a result; the agenda gets selected when two out of three groups agree.&#x20;
