Staking Platform (Centralization)
Staking is a method of earning rewards for holding specific cryptocurrencies. GEMMA will provide a staking platform wherein users will be able to earn interest by depositing and storing GEMMA tokens (platform’s native token) for a certain period of time. The GEMMA token staking will vary depending on the total size of the participants and can be paid through the GEMMA Wallet.
GEMMA will support both centralized and decentralized wallets. As for the decentralized wallets, it will support MetaMask and Trust Wallet. Additionally, GEMMA will provide central wallet services to users to provide them with the usability of GEMMA token, which is more powerful than simple storage and exchange connections. The GEMMA Wallet will provide some node staking services and platform services. The fee incurred when depositing and withdrawing GEMMA token from the wallet will be borne by the users. The GEMMA Wallet will support both web wallets and app wallets.
Node is the basic unit for staking; 1 Node = 1000 GMA.
In order to create a node, 1000 GEMMA tokens must be transmitted to the GEMMA wallet. When a node is created, staking will proceed according to the period selected by the user. There will be no need to configure a separate server or run a daemon, and users will be able to easily participate in staking through GEMMA token deposits. The total number of nodes cannot exceed 100,000.
The tentative staking profit rate will be as follows and it may vary depending on the policy.
